MCC seeks bids for farmland rental

Marshalltown Community College is now accepting sealed bids for cash rental of farmland adjacent to the MCC campus. Bidders may submit sealed written bids due to Barbara Jennings, IVCCD Board Secretary, by 2:30 pm on Monday, Jan. 30, 2017.
The farmland plot for rent is located just east of the Marshalltown Community College campus and is identified as Field No. 2 of Farm No. 5819 as designated by the Farm Service Administration. It consists of approximately 100.3 tillable acres, and excludes the area designated as MCC’s cross country trail and staging area.

Sealed written bids can be submitted to Barb Jennings at 3702 S. Center St., Marshalltown, IA. MCC and Iowa Valley Community College District reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.
