Art students display ‘altered books’

Marshalltown Community College students enrolled in this fall’s 2-D Design and 3-D Design art classes are exhibiting their “altered books” through mid-November at the Marshalltown Public Library. Professor Tim Castle says this is the 6th year that the altered book project has been part of the 2-D and 3-D Design curriculum, and it’s one of the students’ favorite projects.
