IVG hosts Food Manager Certification course on Mar. 29

Iowa Valley Community College Grinnell will host a ServSafe Food Safety Manager course on Tuesday, March 29. The full course and testing will take place from 8 am – 5 pm on the Iowa Valley Grinnell campus, 123 Sixth Avenue, Grinnell. Those who complete this course will earn a ServSafe Manager Certification.
Cost for the course is $75 per person. Reservations are required and can be placed by calling Jodi Blackford at 641-236-0513 or emailing Jodi.Blackford@iavalley.sites.flyinghippo.com. Spots are limited and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
ServSafe is one of the four nationally accredited exams accepted by health departments.
